With personal training my sessions are designed to help you achieve the goals we set together. Whether we train at the gym, outside or at home I will deliver sessions that keep you motivated and inspired. About Sarah

Sarah has always had an interest in sport and fitness starting from a young age as a competitive swimmer. Leading from this she has carved out a career in fitness working with a diverse range of individuals ranging from new-comers to exercise to emergency service recruits with years of training. She regularly trains and competes in triathlon working with athletes throughout the season.

Exercise does not need to be solely gym based, Sarah offers diverse one to one sessions to motivate and challenge each individual. Whether you are looking to loose inches, improve fitness or knock time off your swimming feel free to contact Sarah.
