I’ve completed 6 sessions of PT with Sarah. After these sessions I had so much more energy and felt a lot more confident getting back into the gym on my own. She puts you through your paces and challenges you while keeping it fun! Sarah comes highly recommended in my books.
Sarah’s classes are always enjoyable – it’s great exercising with a fun atmosphere . Sarah is very flexible in class routines to suit various aches and pains strengths and weaknesses – so even when working out in a group you get individual advice.
Amazing workouts that are different each time and challenging. Sarah is a great instructor who always encourages you, as well as lovely team mates:) all fitness levels are always made to feel welcome, highly recommend, this is the best exercise class I’ve ever attended 🙂
Fantastic atmosphere. Always encouragement from Sarah and the clients that attend. A different challenge and format every week that keeps the body and mind working!!
