Boot Camp

In Boot Camp you will have sessions that are designed to challenge you with a variety of different exercises ranging from team challenges to fat burning circuits. The sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and anyone over the age of 16.

Boot Camp is currently run:

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 pm

 Moreton-in-Marsh Fire College, GL56 0RH

Please remember to bring a towel and drink. Make sure you wear clothing that is comfortable and you have no issues getting mud or dirt on as we do take our sessions outside, weather permitting.
